It tells you what you should be doing for it. It can tell you to fast or to lie down in a certain position. Follow your body recommendations.
Drink lots of clean, plain water
First of all, it is very important to regularly drink lots of clean, plain water. It should not be ‘hard’ water with many minerals. You can filter the water using commercial filters like Brita. If you don’t have it, then boil the water for several minutes and let it cool down. This will expel some salts from it.
Drink at least 10-12 glasses per day. Regular drinking will help cleanse and flush your system of toxins and other harmful substances which promote infection and inflammation.
Aloe Vera potion
You can drink aloe vera potion. It is an anti-inflammatory to soothe your intestines. It also lubricates your intestine letting the waste to glitch out. If you have Aloe Vera leaves, peel an aloe vera leaf. Scoop the gel with a large spoon. Separate the gel from the yellow layer attached to the leaf (Aloin) and eat it. Take this regularly or when you feel your tummy is starting to act up. Don’t eat anything beside it for three hours. You can mix the aloe vera content in water and drink it. You can get aloe vera products ready to use at iHerb for instance.
Cleanse your bowels using clay
Another way to cleanse your bowels through a natural remedy used by Native Americans. They eat clay for cleansing. The clay is inert or reacts very little with the lining of the bowel walls. The clay is also adhesive and sticks to waste material in the intestines. Tiny particles with bad substances and bacteria stick to its surface and carried outside the body.
You can buy the clay at iHerb. Put it in a microwave for 30 seconds to disinfect it before use. Immerse it in water and drink a glass. Don’t eat anything for about 4 hours. This lets the clay travel throughout the digestive system. You can and should drink water during this time.
Cleanse your bowels using charcoal
A more ‘conventional’ cleansing method is using activated charcoal powder (by drink or capsule).
Activated charcoal is universally known as an antidote to poison and a detoxifier. You can get a medical-grade from the pharmacy. This supplement absorbs the toxins produced by wastes and bad bacteria within the bowels and carries them out of the body. This can help control infection and inflammation.
The suggested procedure for charcoal therapy:
- Please observe the recommendation to store the powder in a resealable airtight container. The powder strongly absorbs pollutants. It is a common household product for absorbing bad odors and other foul gases. So do not leave the container open or unsealed. If you do, the powder will get contaminated. These contaminants will get into your body when you take it and will result in the opposite undesired effect.
- When using, take a couple of pinches of the powder. Use the edge of a teaspoon or a knife. Mix this into a glass of very warm water and drink.
- If available, you may also use the charcoal powder in a capsule form to make it easier to take.
- Take at least twice a day. The recommended schedule is once before bedtime and again upon waking up.
- Avoid taking this for 4-5 hours before and after you take your medicine, supplements, or other therapeutics. Activated charcoal will strongly adsorb them instead of being taken into the body.
Drink vegetable superfood juice
Easy to digest superfood. This vegetable juice will nourish your body with vitamins, minerals, and protein it needs. It can sustain your body well fed by just drinking it. Spirulina supply the proteins in this recipe.
- 3 garlic cloves / Ginger / onion / carrot / radish
- Sweet paper
- Frozen Spirulina cube
- 500 ml of water
(I don’t recommend adding fruits here initially as the sugar can feed germs. You can add fruits later when your body is stronger).
Put all the ingredients into a Masticating Juicer. Let it grind the vegetables.
Drink whenever your body is willing to get. Put the rest in the fridge.
