Diverticulosis Pain Relief

The pain that people with diverticulosis feel


This illness can spread within the belly. It sends pain spasms that spread within the abdomen.

It can be a mild to moderate pain. This pain is mostly related to the difficulty of relieving stool during the daily toilet routine.

People with diverticulosis have a weak digestive system. So symptoms can happen or get worse if the food they ate is not easy to digest.

The pain can disappear too. If you have it, you may experience a bloated feeling until you are successful in the toilet.
Another very common symptom is a pain in your lower abdomen which starts and stops many times. This is usually at the lower left-hand side.  It can be reflected in the back.

If the pain becomes stronger – it might indicate a diverticulitis inflammation. A life-threatening condition that needs immediate medical care.

Diverticulosis is a long-term disease and may leave patients feeling exhausted and frustrated.

 

Our Secret Overparticular Ointments


These ointments should be spread throughout the gut.

If you make and eat the following recipes, you will have significant relief from your pain. Mainly because the following herbs target some of the root causes of this illness.

Two herbs used in the following recipes will introduce here that may ease the pain are Aloe Vera and Cannabis.


The Health Benefits of Aloe Vera


Aloe Vera is a herb that does relief to the skin and intestines. It lubricates the (inner) skin – allowing the waste to glitch out. It sanitizes. It heals the skin.

I think that every Gastrointestinal patient should eat/drink Aloe-Vera in their daily diet.

Be aware that to protect itself, the aloe vera is coated with a toxic gel called “Aloin”. Industrial producers cut the leaves as a whole and aim to expel the Aloin by a chemical reaction called “de-coloration”. To be on the safe side, it is best to peel the aloe vera leaves ourselves and wash it.

Aloe Vera juice concentrate


It is advised to use aloe vera from leaves. This way you can wash the Aloin off. You should cut the leaf sides, and then the lower section of the leaves. Use a spoon to scoop the aloe vera from the leaf. After a while, you will become proficient in doing so.

This recipe is for the creation of a concentrated drink. Dilute it with water to have a fresh, tasty drink that will nourish your intestine and body.

Ingredients:

  • Mature Aloe vera leaves
  • Apple juice concentrate

Preparation:

Cut the side of the leaf. Cut the bottom of the leaf. Use a spoon to scoop the leaf content. Place the aloe vera in a strainer. Wash the aloe vera from the yellowish (Aloin) layer and place it in a blender. Add an apple juice to the blender and blend. put a spoon of the concentrate in a glass and dilute with water. Taste and add more apple if needed.

Pour the concentrate in a bottle and place it in the fridge.

Put a small amount in a glass and dilute it with water. Drink it before meals. In the first few days, you will sense that your intestines are being emptied.

Using Cannabis in our diet


Cannabis is another magical plant that does miracles to people. Diverticular disease patients can use it as a relief if they are under pain. We recommend making cannabis cookies. Eating cannabis allows it to interact with the intestine for further healing. Eating cannabis has a different effect than smoking it. It is stronger and lasts longer. The effect starts about half an hour after eating it.

The Cannabis flowers contain two main components: “TCH” and “CBD”.

Cannabis is not a dangerous drug. Children who eat it by mistake slept a day or two and woke up “like new”. To be on the safe side, keep it away from children and potheads.

The following recipe has two parts. Part (a) is creating the THC. Which makes the “high” feelings. THC is formed when applying heat to the cannabis flowers. You can skip it if you want “plain” cookies that will not affect your mind.

Part (b) is baking the dough. If you skipped part (a) you will get mostly the CBD effects.

The CBD is known to heal things in the body and the mind. Without TCH it will not bring the “high” feeling. You can make both versions and eat the CBD cookies when you are at work and the THC cookies when you are at home.

Concentrated Cannabis cookies recipe


Ingredients:

  1. 10 grams of cannabis flowers.
  2. 100 grams of coconut oil.
  3. 1.5 cups self-raising flour.
  4. One egg.
  5. (Half glass sugar).

 

Instructions:

Grind the cannabis flowers.

Part a: THC Cannabis butter
I use coconut oil and not butter because the coconut oil does not burn at high temperature and we don’t need to watch it carefully during the fry.

In a pan put the coconut oil and chopped cannabis and fry them for 10-15 minutes on medium temperature. The color of the butter should be brown-black.

After frying, remove the heat source and let it cool down. Do not filter the cannabis particles out!

Part b: Baking the Cookies
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead it to get an oily dough. Knead the dough to a thin layer and using a cookie cutter cut cookies and place them in a baking pan.

Heat an oven to 180 degrees celsius. Insert the baking pan into the oven and reduce the temperature to 160 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes to let the cookies harden.

The cookies that were made using part (a) have strong psychoactive effects. It starts one hour after eating the cookie. I found that the dose suitable for me is the eighth cookie. And I take it once a week. So, I keep the cookies for a long time. To preserve the cookies, You should store the bulk of them in the freezer.

THC cookies:
This is a strong material. You should start testing your reaction to the cookies by eating a very small chunk of them and wait for an hour to see how it impacts your body. You can take larger chunks based on your experience. If you take Cannabis overdose you will sleep for a longer time.

CBD cookies can be eaten freely. Take the eighth cookie every several hours.

Please remember – even if these recipes reduced your pain – you still have a problem that you should address.
