Aloe Vera is a magical herb that does wonders to the skin and intestines:
- It lubricates the (inner) skin – allowing the waste to slip out.
- It heals the inner-skin.
- It disinfects the gut by detaching germ layers – moving it down.
Drinking this potion can give relief to Diverticulosis pain and discomfort.
To protect itself, the Aloe Vera is coated with a toxic gel called “Aloin”. Industrial producers cut the leaves as a whole and aim to expel the Aloin by a chemical reaction called “de-coloration”. But some Aloin does remain there. It is OK to consume commercial products for a short time. For long-time usage, we recommend to prepare it yourself.
People with the active diverticular disease can take 40 grams of Aloe Vera daily and more. Preferably on empty stomach. Just cut a leaf, wash it and eat the gel.
You can even grow it if you like constant fresh supply.
