Coronavirus might be a serious plague. We should know how to protect ourselves and our loved ones from it. This post presents the natural, effective, and inexpensive way to be healed from it.
Coronavirus is causing tremendous concern and panic worldwide. It now also disables large parts of the global economy. This endangers the welfare of the states and people. At this point, it’s too early to tell if it will end in a faint humming voice like the swine flu. We should do our part to control the disease and help to prevent serious damage to ourselves and our economy.

You can be cured of most diseases. The healing is done by the body itself. It has hundreds of millions of years of experience in dealing with various diseases. And it is very efficient in doing so.
Our problem is that the human body, unlike other animals, can’t produce vitamin C for its needs. It happened during evolution when the human diet was rich in vegetables and fruits. It was much easier for the body to obtain the vitamin from these sources rather than try to produce it on its own.
Today our diet is based on meat and dairy, and we consume little vegetables and fruits. We do not feel deficient in vitamins. We only feel the consequences happening from this deficiency. Like wounds that heal improperly, diverticular diseases, and narrowed arteries.
Vitamin C deficiency over time creates various illnesses and ‘chronic’ patients.
During an illness, our body needs a vitamin C boost to successfully cope with the disease. When the vitamin is missing, it can end in death. Our problem is that there are no vitamin C deposits in our bodies. We need to get it constantly from our food.
Another problem is that there is no money to be made from vitamin C. Therefore, it is not taught as much in medical schools, and is almost not used in hospitals.
Vitamin C was discovered by a doctor named Claus Washington Jungeblut as a cure for polio, diphtheria, tetanus, staphylococcus.
In 1949, there was a polio epidemic in the United States. A doctor named Fred R. Klenner presented during a medical convention his treatment plan for children with polio. He gave the children a high dose of 32 grams of vitamin C per child per day. All 60 children healed.
In 1952, 57,628 children died in the United States from polio. A few doctors who used Dr. Klenner’s method succeeded. The children were completely healed.

Taking vitamin C is easy, safe, efficient, and cost-effective. It can save you from severe health complications.
The recipe below was suggested by Dr. Avni, according to an article written by Dr. Robert Cathcart in 1981. In his article, Dr. Cathcart described his treatment of about 9,000 people for over 10 years with a maximum dosage of vitamin C. Each person’s body determines the amount it can take according to the severity of his disease.
Our goal is to nourish the body with the amount of vitamin C that it needs. During a serious illness, the body needs a huge dose of vitamin C. The simplest way to know what is the dosage the body needs, is to nourish it with vitamin C. When the body is saturated with it, the excess is excreted through fluids (“diarrhea”).
The vitamin can be taken every: 30 minutes, one hour, or two to four hours. Depending on the severity of the disease. The quantity given is usually between half a gram to two grams. If there is no diarrhea response within 4 hours, increase the dosage.
In Dr. Cathcart’s experience, a healthy person can consume 4-15 grams per day. (Without diarrhea).
When it comes to mild cold, the person should be given a dose of 30-60 grams a day. 5-10 grams every two or four hours. When it comes to severe colds the person needs 60-100 grams per day. 7.5-15 grams given every three hours.
In cases of severe infections like polio, pneumonia or the Coronavirus, the person needs a dosage of 100-200 grams and more every day. 16-32 grams given every two hours.
For people admitted to the emergency room, Dr. Avni recommends injecting 25 grams of vitamin C into their veins every four hours.
In this high dosage, it is preferable to take vitamin C as a powder rather than as a tablet. You can measure grams or simply put a teaspoon of powder in a cup of water and drink it. If you don’t get diarrhea – take one and a half teaspoons of the vitamin next time and so on.
You can take several types of Vitamin C:
- Regular vitamin C powder. (You should mix it with baking soda to lower its acidity).
- Buffered vitamin C (processed so it is not acidic).
- Liposomal vitamin C which is preferred (and more expensive).
